Spacious and comfortable rooms
La Villa is the oldest building and it has two floors: in the ground floor there is Podere La Rocca farmhouse Restaurant, while on the first floor there are one apartment and two rooms with a charming common lounge.
In La Casa Rossa, named after its deep red color, there are three apartments and four rooms - divided between the ground and the first floor - the reception and the common lounge. It is the first building you see entering from our free parking lot, which is at the disposal of our guests.
Finally, close to the swimming pool is our flagship building, La Vecchia Stufa, an independent 65 sqm Junior Suite Deluxe apartment, ideal for large families.

The farm offers lots of playing area for the kids and my wife absolutely loved the garden. There where olives, peaches, nectarines, plums, grapes and so many more!!! The swimming pool was always clean and it was very relaxing to take a dip after a long hot day. I highly recommend this place!!!

Classic, Superior e Family.
They differ in size and bed number, but they all have the same comforts. Wood beam ceilings - that feature almost every room - and terracotta floors give a rustic and warm touch to the place. The decoration designed by local craftsmen and the pastel-colored fabrics are the perfect fusion of elegance and simple refinement. Carefully selected old furniture underlies our attention to detail.
Our rooms have private bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi shower, hair dryer and extra-virgin olive oil scented courtesy set.
Classic rooms
Our Classic rooms are comfortable and welcoming. They are perfect both for couples and families with children. They have a double bed and it is possible to add a cradle on request. They can also be used as a single room for those traveling alone or for business. They have all the comforts and necessary services so you can fully enjoy your stay immersed in the beautiful Valdichiana countryside.

Our Superior rooms have a twin bed or a double bed. It is the ideal option for those who want a larger room or for families of 3-4 people. A single bed or a cradle can be added on request. Please specify your preferences when booking in order for us to better meet your requests on arrival.

Family rooms are a suitable option for 4-6 people families and groups. Located on the first floor they have an independent entrance, a small balcony with a coffee table overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. It consists of two double rooms, two private bathrooms and a cozy common seating area with a fireplace, two sofas and a wooden desk.

We stayed for 4 nights along with my husband at Podere La Rocca in July. It’s a charming, very well maintained and looked after place, where attention to details can be seen in each and every corner of the place. Lovely designed rooms, views overlooking the wine yards and jacuzzi available in your bathroom will make your stay very enjoyable. There is a restaurant, where the head chef is also an owner of the place, therefore he always makes sure your stay will be tasty and unforgettable. The location of the place is great, as within 30 mins by car there are many places to visit, such as city of Montepulciano, city of Siena, city of Pinza, or Assisi little bit further down the road, although absolutely worth those couple of minutes more.
We wish we could have stayed here longer! The good feelings began even before we left home! Marianna was great to work with making the reservations and finalizing our stay. A few days before we left, she sent an email inviting us to a lunch in the vineyard, which sounded lovely, which we immediately accepted. Upon arrival, Julia greeted us and we began our vineyard tour, which preceded the lunch. It was so informative, and we were pleased to have a tour by the winemaker, especially since we caught a harvesting day. Afterwards, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch among the vines. It was a relatively small group, which was nice, and chef Frederico kept the food coming! The lunch was accompanied by their wines, which were delicious.
Our stay at Podere La Rocca was everything we hoped for and more. From a gorgeous, spotless room to amazingly delicious meals to a lovely, relaxing pool in a beautiful setting, we can't wait to go back. Marianna was attentive and helpful before and during our stay and gave us great recommendations. Frederico is an extremely talented chef and we enjoyed our meals (both breakfast and dinner) here immensely. We also took a pasta cooking class which was so fun and so delicious! It was hard for us to want to leave the property because it was so relaxing but the location made it a wonderful place for us to visit the many hilltop towns in Tuscany. We also loved the wine and wanted to bring it home with us!
Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, Podere La Rocca sets a high standard for comfort and relaxation. The rooms are wonderful, the views beautiful and hospitality that says, we’re glad you’re here. The owners and staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating . Breakfast was a great start to the day with breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits etc. Schedule a dinner or two while you’re there. The location, only a few miles from Montepulciano make La Rocca a perfect base to explore Tuscany. Outstanding experience.
We were delighted with our five nights at Podere La Rocca, and wish we could have stayed longer! All the staff were warm and welcoming and went above our expectations in every way. The farm stay rooms and gardens are beautiful and immaculately maintained. Fred prepared mouth-watering breakfasts and dinners every day using local ingredients. Melika and the other restaurant staff were more than helpful and friendly. The location combines peaceful surroundings with convenience to key hill towns of Tuscany. One example of being cared for was when we had an issue with our rental car from Florence. Fred, Luca, Karin and Marianna willingly used their local knowledge and time to help resolve the problem. We highly recommend La Rocca!
