The two-floor building La Villa hosts the Podere La Rocca farmhouse Restaurant on the ground floor, and the Poggio Saragio Superior apartment on the first floor. This apartment, a bit larger than the one situated in La Casa Rossa, has a wide lounge with two beautiful windows with a delightful view on our garden and vineyards.

The main difference between each category is based on their size and the number of people they can host. They all have the same modern comforts. The wood beam ceilings combined with terracotta floors give a rustic and warm touch to the whole place. The decoration designed by local craftsmen and the pastel-colored fabrics are the perfect fusion of elegance and simple refinement. Carefully selected old furniture underlies our attention to detail.

The Classic Apartments, nicely furnished, are located on the first floor and have a double room, a large bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner with stove, fridge, tableware, microwave, kettle and a Moka coffee maker. Suitable for couples who want to have a larger space or for 3 person families who prefer more independence. Given its size, it is always possible to add an extra single bed in the living room or a cradle in the bedroom. They have all the modern comforts and necessary services so you can fully enjoy your stay surrounded by the fascinating Valdichiana countryside.

If you don’t want to give up on the comforts but you still want to keep your independence, then La Vecchia Stufa is the perfect option for you. It is the largest and most requested accommodation. The Junior Suite Deluxe has its own private entrance, a double bedroom, an elegant living room, a bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi shower and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, tableware, microwave, kettle and a Moka coffee maker.
In the front side there is also a private outdoor sitting area with a small table and chairs, while the back of the apartment overlooks the swimming pool. It also has an outdoor gazebo with table, chairs and a small terrace. This one is the perfect choice for those who love dining al fresco during warm summer evenings in the natural and magical Tuscan surrounding.
