You will start with the Rosso di Montepulciano Doc (wine with a more delicate and light taste), then you will move on to the Nobile di Montepulciano Docg (wine with a stronger and stronger taste), up to the Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Docg (wine aged 10 years with a unique taste).

To end on a high note, Vin Santo (wine with sweetish notes), perfect to accompany a dessert but able to give particularity to savory dishes as well, cannot absolutely be missed.
